Shingles, lysine, and FAO
Lysine is usually brought up when discussing non-pharmaceutical responses to things like shingles and other viruses. Lysine being a crucial component to making carnitine. Does this point to a fatty acid oxidation issue? Methylation, lysine, vitamin B6, vitamin C, Fe, vitamin B3, and Zn are all required.
